I sent this back a few weeks ago, and at first I figured the refund would show up within a few days. It’s now been long enough that I’ve checked my account multiple times, and there’s still nothing. The whole refund process has been frustrating.

I ordered a few horse supplies from horseloverz.com, nothing complicated, and somehow ended up with the wrong size on one item and another thing I didn’t even order. I was already kind of in a rush because I needed the stuff that week, so that made it extra frustrating. I reached out to support, and wow, it took forever to hear back. Then even after all that, it still wasn’t fixed the right way. Just a annoying experience all around, honestly. I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again.

"Said it was in stock, but nope"
I ordered a few horse supplies because the site showed them as available, then later got told some were actually out of stock. Annoying, honestly. Whoever’s running the inventory updates needs to get it together, because that kind of clueless setup wastes people’s time.

"Sizing is seriously off"
I ordered my usual size and it was way too small. Like, how is this okay? It didn’t fit at all, so I’d definitely say the sizing runs really small

"Not a whole lot to choose from"
I went on horseloverz.com hoping to browse around for some tack and riding gear, but the selection felt kind of limited. A bunch of the sizes and colors I was looking for weren’t available, and a few categories only had about a handful of options that seemed useful.
Maybe I just checked at the wrong time, but it got frustrating quickly clicking around and seeing the same stuff over and over. I ended up going to another site because I needed more choices...

"Shipping was way too much"
I found a cheap item I wanted, but then the shipping ended up costing more than the actual order, haha. At that point it just didn’t feel worth it, so I left my cart...

"Shipping was slower than expected"
I ordered a few things and, to be fair, everything did eventually arrive in good condition. But the shipping took almost 3 weeks, and there were barely any updates along the way. I was hoping to have it much sooner, so the wait was frustrating.

"Shopping on my phone was a hassle"
I tried ordering a few basic things from HorseLoverZ on my phone, and it was more annoying than it needed to be. The pages were slow to load, and a couple of buttons just sat there like I hadn’t tapped them at all.
The filters didn’t help much either. I’d pick a size or option, and then still get shown stuff that was out of stock or not even what I selected. I’m always a little skeptical when a company makes everything sound smooth and easy, because this definitely wasn’t that.
I did get through checkout eventually, so it wasn’t a total disaster. I like the products, but the website needs work if they want people to shop there without getting frustrated.

I emailed customer service and got absolutely nothing back. Like, not even a quick reply or anything. Frustrating, tbh.

I mean, the discounts are nice when you can actually catch them, but the prices seem to change all the time. One day it feels like a decent deal, then the next day it’s not really that great. The deals are okay sometimes, but the price changes get annoying. It just feels like you have to keep checking over and over because the prices keep varying

"Didn't last long"
I don't remember every detail about using it, but the part I definitely remember is that it broke after about a week. Maybe I got a bad one, but it felt poor quality to me.
